摘要： 为评价从松毛中制备的壳聚糖 (ChitosanpreparedfromDendrolimusGermar,CDG)的安全性 ,进行了长期毒性试验、小鼠嗜多染红细胞微核试验、Ames试验和小鼠精子畸变试验 ,结果没有发现任何毒性反应 ,表明从松毛虫中制备的壳聚糖是安全的。

Abstract: In this experiment, the test of chronic toxicity, observation of micronucleus rates of the rats, Ames test and the test of deformity of Sperms of rats were carried out to assess the safety of chitosan prepared from Dendrolimus Germar (CDG). The results showed that CDG had no toxicity and was very safety.
