兔气虚血瘀型心力衰竭模型的建立

Establishment of The Animal Model of Congestive Heart Failure with Qixu Xueyu syndrome in Rabbits

摘要: 本研究旨在通过反复多次大剂量静脉滴注去甲肾上腺素建立兔气虚血瘀型充血性心力衰竭动物模型。20 只兔随机分为模型组与对照组,模型组动物给予去甲肾上腺素(1mg/kg) ,间日一次,连续应用15 次,对照组动物给予生理盐水。结果证实模型组动物在发生心肌形态学改变的基础上有显著的血流动力学异常,符合充血性心力衰竭的特点。同时模型组动物具有符合中医理论气虚血瘀证的表现,存在血瘀证的客观指标。本文较为成功地建立了气虚血瘀型充血性心力衰竭的动物模型

Abstract: ? The aim of our study was to establish an animal model of congestive heart failure with Qixu Xueyu syndrome in rabbits. 20 rabbits were divided into a model group and a contral group, and norepinephire were given to rabbits at a dosage of 1mg/kg in the model group. The results suggested that marked myocardial injuries were found in animal of the model group. The ASP\, ADP\, LVSP and ±dp/dtmax in model group were decreased, while the LVEDP was increased. The symptoms of Qixu Xueyu syndrome also existed. Thus, the animal model was succesfully established.
