Abstract: Biological weapons are turning into a threat to human being 21-century. Defending against bioterrorism becomes more urgent than ever. Four effective measures should be taken to meet this urgency:First, To enlarge the capability of defending against bioterrorism by medical organizations. Second, To make the public knows more about biological weapons. Third, To improve the management of biology and Chemistry Labs. Fourth, To build a defense system to protect the public from bioterrorism.
