摘要： 外科性科研动物实验过程受诸多主客观因素的影响 ,并需要一些必要的保证条件。关于这些动物手术的各种术前准备、手术条件、麻醉、手术操作及术后的饲养管理以及如何协助实验者最终完成全部实验等问题提出了一些看法和意见

Abstract: During the surgical animal experiments, there are a lot of factors influencing the results of experiments, and so it need careful control of many steps.This article provides some helpfel opinions on the aspects at experiment quality, such as the preparation, the anaesthesia, the operatire regulations and the management of breeding.
