摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为探索肌腱缝合线植入动物体内的各种反应,将肌腱缝合线和羊肠线植入家兔体内,观察两种缝合线对家兔的生物相容性,结果发现缝合后家兔无体温升高现象,呼吸、脉搏正常,白细胞记数正常,病理检查正常,从而说明该缝合线具有良好的生物相容性,是一种理想的可吸收手术缝合线。

Abstract: Objective To explore all kinds of reactions of animals which were implanted into the tendon suture.Methods The tendon suture and the absorbable catgut suture were implanted into Abdominal Wall of rabbits.Then the biocompatibilities were observed.Results Rabbits had no a fever and no changes in breath and pulsed after implantation.Classification of white blood cell and pathological examination are normally.Conclusion The tendon suture had good biocompatibility and it is an excellent absorbable suture.
