摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为适应生命科学对动物实验设施要求,利用现有资源,对原动物实验设施进行了改建,规范了人员、实验动物和空气等移动传递方向,加强自动控制温度、湿度和压力梯度、设施消防安全措施,增加了通讯、监控、门禁和音乐播放系统、使新的屏障环境符合国标要求和科研需要。

关键词: 动物实验设施, 屏障环境, 改建

Abstract: In order to make the animal experiment facility to adapt to the developing life science,the original animal experiments facilities could be reconstructed.The following items should be pay more attention to,including standardized personnel,laboratory animals and air mobile transmission direction,the Automatic control of temperature,humidity and pressure gradient,facilities fire safety,increased communication,monitoring,access control and music systems.The new barrier system could meet the requirment of national standard and scientific needs.
