金黄色葡萄球菌对实验动物的感染及其分子分型方法比较

Comparison on Molecular Typing Technologies and the Infection Condition ofStaphylococcus Aureus in Laboratory Animals

摘要: 金黄色葡萄球菌作为一种人畜共患的条件性病原菌,其可对实验动物的质量及从业人员的健康构成严重的威胁,是屏障环境中必须监测和排除的病原体。 采用准确、灵敏、快速的细菌分子分型方法,对于控制屏障环境中金黄色葡萄球菌具有重要意义。 目前,金黄色葡萄球菌的分子分型方法有葡萄球菌染色体基因盒 mec, 葡萄球菌主蛋白 A 分型、多位点系列分型、脉冲场凝胶电泳分型、附属基因调节因子分型等。 了解屏障系统中金黄色葡萄球菌对实验动物的感染状况,比较了不同分子分型方法的技术特征与应用,可为实验动物金黄色葡萄球菌的检测及分型提供参考。

Abstract:  Staphylococcus aureus ( S. aureus) is a zoonotic opportunistic pathogen, which is must bemonitored and excluded from the barrier environment and often is a serious threat to the quality oflaboratory animals and the health of practitioners. It is critical to use accurate, sensitive, and rapidmethod of molecular typing to control the transmission of S. aureus in the laboratory animal barrierenvironment. The molecular method for typing S. aureus main including Staphylococcal cassettechromosome mec typing, Staphylococcal protein A typing, multilocus sequence typing, Pulsed field gelelectrophoresis typing, accessory gene regulator typing, and others. Understand the infection status ofStaphylococcus aureus in laboratory animals of barrier systems and comparation of the technicalcharacteristics and applications of different molecular typing method, which can provide a reference forthe detection and typing of Staphylococcus aureus of laboratory animal origin.
