一款电子标识应用于小鼠的安全性分析

Safety Analysis of an Electronic Logo Applied to Mice

摘要: 目的 对电子标识进行皮肤致敏实验、皮内反应实验及组织病理学检查,了解其安全性。 方法 使用 0. 9% 氯化钠溶液将电子标识湿化,以保鲜膜覆盖后再用纱布覆盖在剃毛的小鼠皮肤上,1、24、48 和 72 h 记录接触部位情况;将电子标识注射到小鼠皮下,注射后 24、48 和 72 h 安乐死小鼠,观察电子标识周围组织出现的红斑和水肿情况,并对组织进行病理学检查。 结果 电子标识对皮肤没有刺激性,皮下注射电子标识后未见周围组织异样,病理学检查未见异常。 结论 测试的电子标识未发现对小鼠的损伤。

Abstract: Objective Skin sensitization test, intradermal reaction test and histopathological examination were carried out for electronic signs to understand their safety. Method The electronic signs was humidified with normal saline, covered with fresh-keeping film, and then covered with gauze on the shaved mouse skin. Record the contact parts after 1, 24, 48 and 72 h. The electronic signs was injected subcutaneously into mice, and the mice were euthanized 24, 48 and 72 h after injection. The erythema and edema of the surrounding tissues were observed, and the tissues were examined pathologically. Result Electronic signs are not irritating to the skin. No abnormal surrounding tissue was found after subcutaneous injection. No abnormality was found in pathological examination. Conclusion No damage to mice was found by the electronic signs.
