目 的 比 较 自 主 建 立 的 C57BL / 6J-Tg ( HRAS) 转 基 因 小 鼠 与 BALB / cJ 小 鼠 的 杂 交 1 代 小 鼠 CB6F1-Tg( HRAS) Nifdc(简称 CB6F1-NIFDC)与日本转基因小鼠模型杂交 1 代小鼠 CByB6F1-Tg( HRAS) 2Jic( 简称 CB6F1-CIEA)的脏器及血液生理指标异同,丰富自建模型的基础数据方法 选取 8 周龄的 CB6F1-NIFDC CB6F1-CIEA 10 ,雌雄各半,活体称体质量,随后解剖并测定其主要脏器质量及血液生理指标结果 自主建立的CB6F1-NIFDC 及日本引进的 CB6F1-CIEA 小鼠模型的部分脏器质量和血生理参数有差异性,脏器质量结果表明,性小鼠的心左右肾等指标存在一定差异;雄性小鼠的肝左右肾胸腺左右睾丸指标质量有差异。 22项血液生理指标方面,雌性小鼠在 RBC、HGB 7 项指标差异极显著( P<0. 01) ;而雄性小鼠在 RBC、HCT 5 项指标差异极显著( P<0. 01) 。 结论 本文测定了两种模型脏器指标及生理指标,为自建模型在新药安全评价实验中的应用提供参考

Abstract: Abstract: Objective To determine the difference of organs weight and blood physiological of CB6F1-Tg( HRAS) Nifdc Mice and CByB6F1-Tg( HRAS) 2Jic Mice. Method For this experiment, we selected 8-week-old CB6F1- NIFDC and CB6F1-CIEA mice ( 10 females and males ) of each sex, weighed body mass and subsequently dissected and assayed their major organ masses and blood physiology. Result There are some differents between the CB6F1-NIFDC and CB6F1-CIEA models in some parts of the organs and blood physiological parameters.Female mice showed some differences in heart, liver, lung and kidney, male mice showed differences in liver, lung, kidney, thymus and left and right testicular index mass. Among female mice, there were significant differences in 7 indicators ( RBC, HGB, etc. ) in 22 blood physiological parameters ( P < 0. 01) ; among male mice, there were significant differences in 5 indicators ( RBC, HCT, etc. ) in 22 blood physiological parameters ( P<0. 01) . Conclusion In this paper, the organ indicators and physiological indexes of the two models were measured, which may provide a reference for the application of the self-built model in the safety evaluation experiments of new drugs.
