摘要: 摘要: 单克隆抗体是应用聚乙二醇等融合剂将骨髓瘤细胞和经某种抗原诱导产生的特异性 B 淋巴细胞在体外进行细胞融合,产生能连续传代、稳定分泌特异抗体的杂交瘤细胞。随着单克隆抗体的广泛应用,其在动物疫病抗原表位和变异研究、感染机制研究、诊断检测和疫病治疗等方面发挥了积极作用。

Abstract: Abstract: Monoclonal antibody is hybridoma cell which fuses myeloma cell with specific lymphocyte B induced by certain antigen with the help of polyethylene glycol. The hybridoma cell can be serial passages and steadily secrete specific antibody. With the development of monoclonal antibody technology,it has been widely applied on animal disease prevention and control,for example,research on antigenic epitope and pathogen variation,as well as infectious mechanism,diagnosis,detection and treatment of animal diseases. Hence,monoclonal antibody plays vital role in preventive technique study of animal diseases.
