摘要: 本文报导大鼠循环血心钠素(ANP)含量和几种微量元素的水平。结果表明:锌组血浆ANP明显高于铜组和对照组(P<0.001),而铜组低于对照组(P<0.05)。血清铜含量以铜组高于锌组。和对照(p<0.05);血清锌含量从锌组高于铜组。铜组ANP与血清Cu呈显著负相关。锌组ANP与血清Zn呈显著正相关。同时还测定血清硒和锂。本实验已显示四种微量元素与ANP有一定相关。

Abstract: The report descrihed plasma ANP level and some trace elements level in rats. Plasma ANP content was found to he significantly higher in Zinc group than in Copper group and control group (P<0.001). The level of plasma ANP in copper group was remarkly decreased to he lower than in control group (p<0.05). serum copper concentra tion in copper group were higher than in Zinc group and control group. There was a significant negtive correlation hetween the level of ANP and copper level in the copper group. There also was a closely posi- tive correlation hetween ANP level and Zinc level in Zinc group. Some se- ienium and Lithum level were measured at same time. The data presented here showed ANP and trace elements were some relationship.
