小鼠肺炎病毒的分离和鉴定

摘要: 本文采用SPF小鼠滴鼻分离到一株鼠肺炎病毒,经鸡胚试验、组织培养、间接免疫荧光试验(IFA),抗体产生实验,同时用美国鼠肺炎(PVM)药盒的验证试验均证实了该分离物为鼠肺炎病毒(简称PVM-Bj)。1986年PVM抗体检测按季度统计,其阳性率分别为51%,15%,7.7%,0%。

Abstract: Since 1980 the Pneumonia Virus of Mice(PVM)strain has been isolated form mice feeding in our farm and propagated with chick enbryo. The culture could led to paghological changes. IF test of freeze section of lung ang antibody production test in infected SPF mice was performed with U.S. reagent kit as control. The results shawed that the culture is PVM Strain, and called PVM-BJ. From 1985-1988 the antiboby in expermental mice was tested and such as the positive rate of mouse antibody reached 52% in 1986.
