Abstract: Objective　Discuss the detailed steps and key considerations of the modified wire-bolus method in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion experiments in mice, with a view to improving the success rate and reducing the cost of the experiments. Methods　By describing in detail the operation steps such as preoperative preparation, anesthesia fixation, surgical incision, muscle separation, breaching the chest, extrusion of the heart, and cardiac ligation and summarizing the experience in the operation. Results This paper provides practical guidance for experimenters and the method of evaluating the success or failure of the model. Conclusion　The improved operation procedure is expected to provide reliable technical support for related research and advance the development of cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment research.
