摘要/Abstract

摘要： 医学院校用于教学和科研的实验动物数量越来越多,所产生的废弃物也日益增多,给公共卫生安全构成一定隐患。文章阐述了实验动物废气、废水、废弃垫料、动物尸体,实验耗材等废弃物的来源、危害和安全处置方法。分析了医学院校在实验动物废弃物处置和管理中存在的问题和不足,并从健全法规制度、完善监督体系、加强宣传培训、改进处置技术、加大经费投入、改善工作条件、落实安全防护措施等方面对医学院校实验动物废弃物的管理提出了建议。

Abstract: The number of laboratory animals used in teaching and scientific research in medical colleges is increasing, and the waste generated is also increasing, which poses a certain hidden danger to public health safety. This article first expounded the sources, hazards and safe disposal method of laboratory animal waste, including gas, water, litter, animal carcasses and other wastes, and then analyzed the problems and deficiencies in the disposal and management in medical colleges. Finally, suggestions for the management of laboratory animal waste have been put forward in terms of perfecting laws, regulations and supervision system, strengthening publicity and training, improving disposal technology, increasing funding investment, improving working conditions, and implementing safety protection measures.
