Research Progress on the Effect of Sodium Butyrate on Apoptosis and Laboratory Animals

摘要: 丁酸钠是丁酸加工成钠盐形式,丁酸钠具有抗感染、提高机体免疫力、稳定肠道菌群等功效,文中结合近年来国内外的研究进展,重点总结了丁酸钠诱导机体细胞凋亡的具体机制,包括丁酸钠激活死亡受体通路、线粒体通路和内质网应激通路等。并探讨了丁酸钠改善疾病动物模型的具体机制。希望为丁酸钠在疾病预防和治疗中提供新的思路。

Abstract: Sodium butyrate is processed into sodium salt form of butyric acid. Sodium butyrate has the effects of anti-inflammation, improving immunity, stabilizing gut microbiota, etc. In this paper, in combination with the research progress at home and abroad in recent years, it focuses on the induction of body cells induced by sodium butyrate. The specific mechanism of apoptosis includes sodium butyrate activating death receptor pathway, mitochondrial pathway and endoplasmic reticulum stress pathway. The reasons why mechanism of sodium butyrate in improving animal model of disease was discussed. Hope to provide new ideas for sodium butyrate in disease prevention and treatment.
