摘要: 目的 探讨外科手术建立急性肝功能衰竭猪模型的麻醉实施及术中管理。方法 对实验猪行经口气管插管全吸入麻醉。结果 猪的气管插管有其自身特点。术中门静脉 ,肝下下腔静脉阻断期间血流动力学波动较大。结论 对实验猪行非肌松插管是可行的。良好的外科技术和维持门静脉、肝下下腔静脉阻断期间循环稳定是肝功能衰竭猪模型手术成功的关键

Abstract: Objective\ To investigate the anesthesia and management of pig models during the operation of establishing acute hepatic failure. Methods\ The pigs were endotracheal intubated and anesthetizeded by inhalation of Enflurane and N 2O. Results The intubation of pig had its own characteristics. The changes of hemodynamics decreased significantly during clamping of portal vein and inferior vena cava. Conclusion\ It is feasible for pigs to be executed intubation without relaxing muscles. The key elements of successful pig models of acute hepatic failure are good surgical technology and maintenance of stable hemodynamics in occulsion phase of portal vein and inferior vena cava.
