摘要/Abstract

摘要： 介绍四种常用急性肾衰竭模型的操作方法、致病机制、病理改变与临床病程。肾动脉钳闭引起的肾脏缺血再灌注以及甘油、庆大霉素、氯化汞均可致实验动物急性肾衰竭,病理学上可见典型的急性肾小管坏死。不同模型其病因、病理改变与临床病程不尽相同,实际工作中可根据不同需要选用不同的模型。

Abstract: To introduce the operation,pathogenic mechanism,pathological changes and clinic courses of four types of acute renal failure(ARF) models.Animal ARF can be induced by renal ischemia-reperfusion injury,glycerine,gentamicin and mercuric chloride,and typical acute tubular necrosis can be observed in pathological changes.Different ARF models show different etiopathogenisis,pathological changes and clinic courses,so they could be chosen depending on different requirements in practical work.
