A Novel Oxidative Stress-type Anal Fistula Surgical Wound Mouse Model

摘要: 目的 构建更加贴合临床的肛瘘术后创面模型。方法 采用葡聚糖硫酸钠联合不锈钢铁丝构建氧化应激型 肛瘘术后创面小鼠模型。结果 造模的第 7 天,于钢丝贯通位置可触及条索样物,进行了“肛门瘘管切除术”,形成 肛瘘术后创面模型。切除组织通过苏木精-伊红染色后,出现了典型的炎性肉芽组织和炎性细胞浸润。结论 成 功构建了一种新型氧化应激型肛瘘术后创面模型,具有可操作性强、生成速度快、建模率高等优势,特别是更贴切 模仿肛瘘术后创面的临床表现。

Abstract: Objective To construct a wound model for postoperative anal fistula, more close to clinical situation.Methods The postoperative wound model of anal fistula of oxidative stress was induced by dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) combined with stainless steel wire.Results On the 7th day of modeling, a cord-like object could be touched at the penetration position of the steel wire, and "Anal fistula resection" was performed to form a postoperative wound model of anal fistula. After Hematoxylin-eosin staining (HE) of the resected tissue, typical inflammatory granulation tissue and inflammatory cell infiltration appeared.Conclusion A new oxidative stress-induced anal fistula postoperative wound model has been successfully constructed, which has the advantages of strong maneuverability, fast generation speed, and high modeling rate. In particular, it more accurately mimics the clinical manifestations of anal fistula postoperative wound.
