摘要: 羊驼作为新型实验动物,凭借其独特免疫特性与生理构造,在生物医学领域展现了重要的应用价值。羊驼源 纳米抗体具有体积小、稳定性高、免疫原性低等优势,已被广泛应用于疾病诊疗和食品安全检测;羊驼的生理学特 征使其可用于多种医学模型的构建;其参与的辅助治疗活动为心理健康干预提供新途径;羊驼肠道或粪便中分离 出的菌株及抗菌肽等物质,为替代抗生素及医疗材料开发提供资源。本文综述了实验羊驼在医学应用的研究进 展,为羊驼向标准化医学资源转化提供理论依据。

Abstract: As a novel experimental animal, the alpaca demonstrates significant application value in the biomedical field due to its unique immune characteristics and physiological structure. Alpaca-derived nanobodies, which offer advantages such as small size, high stability, and low immunogenicity, have been widely applied in disease diagnosis and treatment as well as food safety testing; the physiological characteristics of alpacas make them suitable for the construction of various medical models; their involvement in animal-assisted intervention provides new avenues for mental health interventions; strains and antimicrobial peptides isolated from alpaca intestines or feces offer resources for the development of alternatives to antibiotics and medical materials. This review summarizes the research progress of experimental alpacas in medical applications, providing a theoretical basis for the transformation of alpacas into standardized medical resources.
