摘要: 蜱( Tick)是专性吸血的体外寄生虫,是人和动物某些致病性病毒、细菌、真菌和原虫的传播媒介,蜱传疾病的流行和传播已成为重要的公共卫生问题。 近年来,随着蜱虫种类、数量的不断增加和地理位置的不断扩散,导致蜱传疾病的发病率和死亡数不断增高,对家畜、野生动物和人类的健康存在较大的威胁和伤害。 本文对蜱传染病的来源、流行病学发展、危害和防治措施展开描述,为蜱传疾病的综合防控提供参考依据,并对预防和控制蜱传疾病的传播作出了展望。

Abstract: Ticks are obligate blood-feeding ectoparasites and vectors of some pathogenic viruses, bacteria, fungi and protozoa in humans and animals. The prevalence and spread of tick-borne diseases have become an important public health problems. In recent years, with the increasing species and quantity of ticks and the continuous spread of geographical location, the incidence and death of tick-borne diseases have been increasing, and there are great threats and injuries to the health of livestock, wild animals and humans. This article reviews the source, epidemiological development, harm and control measures of tick-borne diseases in order to provide reference for the comprehensive prevention and control of tick-borne diseases, and looks forward to the prevention of tick-borne diseases.
